Rubena cycle tyres will gradually be rebranded to Mitas. ČGS HOLDING a.s., which owns both manufacturers, thus continues in the consolidation of its portfolio under the Mitas brand. MITAS a.s. is a manufacturer of offroad tyres and a leading producer of agricultural tyres. Their offer also includes industrial, motorcycle, aviation and newly also cycling tyres. At the beginning of April 2015, the portfolio of Mitas will be expanded by the premium Rubena cycling tyres. The whole product range of this traditional Czech manufacturer will gradually be rebranded to Mitas; this process will be complete by mid-2016.
